以上原因就第一 第二條是死穴 很難處理
1.首先據(jù)我所知只有銀行和保險(xiǎn)類的 國(guó)家才給發(fā)金融許可證，網(wǎng)絡(luò)小貸，p2p幾乎是沒有金融許可證的。
2.增值電信業(yè)務(wù)經(jīng)營(yíng)許可證 這個(gè)是可以辦理的 如果這個(gè)證也沒有的話就比較難了 幾乎是被拒了。
我現(xiàn)在分析下市場(chǎng)我知道p2p或者理財(cái)審核過的有以下幾種方案
(1).是真的有這些證書 那沒得說是真牛逼
(2).比較保守就是去找鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)銀行去用 銀行的名義申請(qǐng)開發(fā)者賬號(hào)，然后發(fā)布app。這個(gè)是很靠譜不，不用考慮被查不下架，因?yàn)橘Y質(zhì)都有。這個(gè)唯一的缺點(diǎn)就是：就是主體賬號(hào)的描述就跟之前的公司沒關(guān)系，就得變更成現(xiàn)在的公司。這個(gè)對(duì)于小型公司的理財(cái)app來說可以接受，因?yàn)樗麄円灿泻枚囫R甲包。但是對(duì)于大的公司來說，有可能涉及到協(xié)議、法律上的問題。所以看取舍了。
(3).不能不說哪有錢掙，哪里就有黃?！，F(xiàn)在的找三方帶發(fā)app是真的很掙錢啊，發(fā)一次版就要5-10萬的價(jià)錢。羨慕~... 一月發(fā)個(gè)20多個(gè)app就美噠噠了。流程是 原來賬號(hào)A--轉(zhuǎn)讓給三方代發(fā)賬號(hào)B。然后B給提交審核后，再轉(zhuǎn)讓回來。 （詳細(xì)的流程我下面講）缺點(diǎn)：蘋果baba有復(fù)查的，很有可能你會(huì)被查到，那么結(jié)果就是app下架，目前還好 ，只是下架這個(gè)app，不會(huì)下架這個(gè)賬號(hào)下的其他app，也不會(huì)封號(hào)。（不保證以后蘋果baba查的嚴(yán)格了 要封號(hào)哦。）其實(shí)我感覺蘋果審核這么嚴(yán)格是中國(guó)政府要求的。因?yàn)閲?guó)家得控制金融的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)等。所有我們大家也得諒解諒解。
(4).還有部分，只是靠運(yùn)氣?？刺O果審核組的心情，昨天有人告訴我，他什么也沒改 就是重提了一版 就審核過了。（what~）你們也可以試試，如果過了 請(qǐng)告訴我一下
(5).這個(gè)辦法可以的，找個(gè)合作的銀行，簽協(xié)議。然后用銀行的金融許可證 等 也是可以過得。我們正在尋找合作的銀行。但是這個(gè)對(duì)銀行有什么風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，現(xiàn)在不知道。有沒有用過這個(gè)方法的，對(duì)于具體流程 和對(duì)銀行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的 可以私信告訴我下 。謝謝啊。
現(xiàn)在我說下轉(zhuǎn)app的路程
之前我也沒轉(zhuǎn)過，前幾天我們重新申請(qǐng)了個(gè)賬號(hào)。轉(zhuǎn)的試了下。感覺還是很簡(jiǎn)單的。
1.首先主體賬號(hào)下可以看見有 轉(zhuǎn)讓app的按鈕
2.點(diǎn)擊轉(zhuǎn)讓會(huì)到這個(gè)界面
3.在點(diǎn)擊繼續(xù)就會(huì)要求輸入B賬號(hào)的appID 和teamID
4.輸入完之后點(diǎn)擊繼續(xù)
到現(xiàn)在為止 A賬號(hào)就已經(jīng)操作完了，然后回到A賬號(hào)上面會(huì)有一條提示信息 可以手動(dòng)取消轉(zhuǎn)讓
#######接下來 登錄B賬號(hào) 進(jìn)行操作
1.登錄B賬號(hào)進(jìn)入iTunes Connect內(nèi) 會(huì)有下面的提示
2.點(diǎn)擊圖中的文字后就是進(jìn)行review
點(diǎn)擊review 上面的 request不用管
3.接下里就是填各種信息
記得下面的協(xié)議的 點(diǎn)對(duì)勾統(tǒng)一
填完信息 點(diǎn)done如果有填的不正確的地方會(huì)提示

4.完成后 在那個(gè)界面點(diǎn)擊done按鈕(當(dāng)時(shí)是review)

現(xiàn)在可以說B的操作也基本完成
估計(jì)有個(gè)1-5分鐘 app就會(huì)從A賬號(hào)變到B賬號(hào)主體下了，還是很快的 原來以為還得蘋果審核要1-2天 結(jié)果 2分鐘就轉(zhuǎn)過來了。而且再appstore上搜索到的app 描述的開發(fā)者 跟Seller已經(jīng)變成B賬號(hào)的了
現(xiàn)在是轉(zhuǎn)完了，但是發(fā)現(xiàn)除了bundleID有 其他的證書都不能用了，如果要發(fā)新版 還得B賬號(hào)去申請(qǐng)證書。
接下來就是用B賬號(hào) 去申請(qǐng) 開發(fā)證書 發(fā)布證書 APNS證書。
關(guān)于APNS證書 我建議不著急改 等用新的B賬號(hào)審核過后再改。
測(cè)試人員的手機(jī)設(shè)備還得再B賬號(hào)重新添加 要不沒法測(cè)試。
傳說的三方代發(fā)就是以上流程 等審核過后然后再轉(zhuǎn)回去
