一、獲取公網(wǎng)ip地址的方法

這個ipDic里面的數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)如下圖，可以獲取IP的所在地和國家id等等的信息

二、獲取內(nèi)網(wǎng)的私有IP地址
