THank my daughter, I act as what she told me, I felt easier to speak English to myself especially on some routine things such as exercise morning run for I have habit the morning run it is not a difficult thing but a pride thing,if speaking English while I exercise I felt perfect.do so is wonderful thing to win both.morning run and speaking English to myself is a beginning,though only a little English and only a little words but it is begaining though it’s a weak begaining. It is on any other easier way to go to success.so i do as what my daughter told me yesterday so thank you daughter thank goodness
