recently, my boss has not assigned me a task ,so i have to learn by myself.seeing orthers are busy, only myself so idle, i feel really flustered.I think it is faster to grow up in practice, but my reading efficiency is so very low.

my new colleague who sit next to me loves chatting to me, which really affects my study. this afternoon,she went to training with the boss and several other colleagues.i was very happy and thought i could concentrate on reading the whole afternoon.however, i spent the whole time on my cell phone until i got off work.i wasted a day today, and i am readly undisciplined.

today is over，i hope i can make a serious effort to improve myself.
