運(yùn)維團(tuán)隊(duì)(管理產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)庫服務(wù)器、軟件配置)

支撐團(tuán)隊(duì):法務(wù)、財(cái)務(wù)、行政;

時(shí)間之大:產(chǎn)品生命周期

空間之大:商業(yè)、產(chǎn)品、技術(shù)

設(shè)計(jì)之大:產(chǎn)品設(shè)計(jì)的多個(gè)層次,華為任正非引進(jìn)新的管理體系所用策略:“先僵化,后優(yōu)化,再固化,直到找到最適合的設(shè)計(jì)方法。

用戶體驗(yàn)的要素:

①戰(zhàn)略各層:用戶需求和風(fēng)站目標(biāo)

設(shè)計(jì)的目標(biāo)分為三個(gè)層次,即本能水平設(shè)計(jì),行為水平設(shè)計(jì)、反思水平設(shè)計(jì)

產(chǎn)品經(jīng)理所做的東西很雜,也有可能來自各行各業(yè),我們應(yīng)該利用好我們自身的資源,也不要被自身的資源所束縛!我們調(diào)用多個(gè)部門的資源來配合,也要確保各部門之間利益的劃分,不然只會導(dǎo)致人心亂散!也要學(xué)會向老板申請福利,不然一個(gè)巴掌很難拍響!

Product team is divided into: product team planner in a narrow sense;

User experience team (designer);

Operation team (operator);

Business team: marketing, sales, service roles;

Technical team: development team (responsible for architecture and coding); Test team: function (performance testing)
