PLA3.2.1，開發(fā)者被要求提供營業(yè)執(zhí)照和金融許可證、增值電信業(yè)務(wù)許可證。如果有這三個(gè)的話當(dāng)然最好啦，直接附件提供，后面四個(gè)問題也一起回復(fù)。但很多金融app都是沒有的，合規(guī)備案最快也要等到4月，所以這部分又急更新但又缺乏資質(zhì)的，就只能找代上架解決。
目前代上架市場，銀行賬戶的收費(fèi)在4--6萬間，若是理財(cái)app上架收一次費(fèi)，后期的更新版也是跟上架收費(fèi)一樣....成本很高。
而且目前銀行上架之后，也有面臨在轉(zhuǎn)回自己主賬號的時(shí)候被拒，現(xiàn)在有一些理財(cái)app已經(jīng)被拒，主包都下架了，只能繼續(xù)找其他的代上架...

3.2.1還能通過代上架去解決，但是出現(xiàn)了2.1就真的很麻煩了，代上架也不一定能成功，只能不斷跟蘋果溝通嘗試。
