Everybody need to think about others, and think in their shoes. Because we are not children, when crying or unhappy someone will coax to us. As adults we have to survive in the society, that means we have to have the ability to read faces, to corporate with our colleagues, to understand what your others really want. All these need to think about others, think about what you do to get the best result. When you have the ability well, your life will be easier, better work and better family.
