What I completed is that I watched the video and talked with friends in english.

Don't finish the job I planned again. I decide change the plan:

(1)Take the note of only one part of vk and use it.

(2)Find some friends to practice English every day. One topic,one day.

(3)Only read the news written by English . Start with NBA and football.

(4)Start to read english book as soon as quickly.
