In the past few month, I have written some articles in Chinese involving life, efficiency,comments and emotional world, many of which are quite popular among dear readers. However, today, I want to meet the challenge of writing valuable articles in English. Maybe it will be ?a real obstacle for me to convey my ideas and feelings, and then make myself understood, but I want to quote what my best friend said to me:

Recently, a troublesome thing always stay around me and it seems it do not want to get away from me. I have a habit of making a list of well-organized and coherent plans every morning for a whole day, unfortunately, quite a few of the plans are still unfinished at the end of the day. Confronted with this situation, I can not stand ask myself, "is it because the plan is unfeasible?" "is it because I have a weak execution force?" "is it because I am not serious about things around me?"?

After deep analysis and thinking, an interesting and surprising thing was found that lots of entertainment or trivial things were executed successfully, and left nothing at the end of the day. As soon as I discover this weird thing, lots of questions and solution pour into my brain substantially:
Q : Why does the entertainment or trivial things that are not in the day plan list can be done?
A: Maybe this is because the amusement things are always stay in our heart, and it seems they have resided in the area of my heart. Moreover, human being all have the characteristic of avoiding doing hard task, so everytime we all want to watch a movie or listen to music instead of completing the work.
Q: What are the magic factors of the things that do not occur in the plan list?
A : If there are sure to be some magic factors, I think they must be the features of the amusement of the trivial things: easy to do, generate happiness, relax and the most important is unnecessarily to use brain and heart.?
So, they motivite me to think the reason why I can not finish all the tasks, eventually, I obtain several findings that are as follows:
1. I just put the daily task in the plan list and just it ! And I never ever put them into my heart ! When I tidy up my emotions and feelings in the period of analysing the problem, I am surprised to find that the daily plan is always refused by my real heart, accordingly, the plan naturally become unfeasible and hard to do even though it is simple actually.?
2. A wise man said:Plan list works for self-control. I guess the root reason is the balcance(余額) of my self-control is not sufficient, so every thing around me is our-of-control and even myself. Now, the problem is converted into how to improve the power of self-control. Honestly speaking, this problem is still intractable for me, but a simple way can be tried is that we can use incentive system to reward ourselves after complish lots of hard job.
3. The direct method of transferring impossible daily work to possible tasks is to hold a small goal. In fact, the "impossible" to "possible" is just lack of one point, that is, i‘mpossible. so, whenever we hold a goal in heart, all the temptations will be destroyed by our strong mind force, and all hard work might be a way to promising road instead of bitter peanuts.
