And the error message is response ofexchange server, we need to enable trace in BW to get more information.

Code activity and enable following tracing forour investigation?

-create a file named ‘properties.cfg’ useryour BW_HOME folder and add these properties in the file.

-run your process ,click ‘Advanced’ button andspecify the cfg file you want to use.
