Rapport指的是一種親密和和諧的關系，各自之間相互理解，溝通順暢。（a close and harmonious relationship in which the people or groups concerned understand each other's feelings or ideas and communicate well.）
它來自法語rapporter，原意是'bring back’, 這個意思轉折的關系在于人際間互惠互利的社交法則。
