Thoughts of today's morning reading.

415：How to Be Happy When You’re in an Unhappy Situation /37minutes

The first thing comed to me was Victor Frankl's Man's Search for Meaning after I finished today's reading. I only finished the first part of the book which had stunned me so much. I always wonder that if he could survive under such condition where people were cruel and would do everything to survive. Why can't we be through the tough situation? Why can't we choose to be happy when we are in a unhappy situation?

Except the four tips the outhor has mentioned. I also believe that the future will be much better than today. The last of the human freedoms -- to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way. We are what we choose and what we choose to do.
