Case1: Fighting the flu

In 2003, Chinese suffered a flu nationalwide.

A young nurse, sacrificed herself, but then was awarded the "heroess of the whole nation".

Obviously, this is a win-win result.

But at many times, things different happened. There are hundreds of people died during that tough years.

Hence we have to wonder, what causes the different result?

Why teamwork can sometimes produce a double win but sometimes not?

People may say, it depends. But depends on what?

That is the main issue I am going to discuss in this article.
