Becoming a Barbican resident

Today I signed the tenancy agreement with Prem, which means I'm a Barbican resident-to-be.?

Just had my last indulgence and I'll do my best to be a qualified Barbican resident!

My salary is just nothing compared with other residents..Then landlord is not even comfortable with it and ask whether I'll be able to cover the full rent. It's a 1,000,000 property. I'll need to work very hard to buy one like that...

On one hand I do need to save money - try to make the most of Barbican centre/London! On the other I'll never to able to have enough money through saving.. I need to work really really hard to be very capable and worth more...

Ok I need to have a mid year review and start fresh!!
