其實(shí)本周的話呢？一直在決定說要寫一些什么。雖然也確實(shí)看完了一些書（Few more English-Novel in English version and a English-Novel in Chinese version.），但確實(shí)是因?yàn)閼卸璧脑蛞约皶r間管理上的不合理導(dǎo)致一直遲遲沒有更新。
終于在今天2017年1月8日。參加了 Toastmaster（國際演講俱樂部）我們 BJADV 的常規(guī)會議以后深刻的意識到了，參與感給我?guī)淼南硎芘c改變。隨后在下午，參加了 B 中區(qū)舉辦的 COT （Club Officer Meeting） 在摩托羅拉 107房間舉辦的新官員培訓(xùn)。更是深刻的感受到了參與進(jìn)其中和作為一個觀眾的大不同。
我們的演講旅程中，有一個很重要的一課是：Persuade With Power（強(qiáng)有力的激勵），那么這次就由我來和大家說說參與其中給我?guī)淼母淖儼伞Ｍ瑫r也鼓勵大家都參與進(jìn)去任何你所想要加入的社團(tuán)、集體。
還記得第一次參加 Toastmaster 俱樂部是在去年的六月份，經(jīng)好友 Caesar 介紹，加入了 星期日早上（每個星期日都有常規(guī)會議）10點(diǎn)至12點(diǎn)，位于 亮馬橋 現(xiàn)代汽車大廈 15層 的 BJadv-TMC 常規(guī)會議。然后就深深地被演講的魅力所折服與吸引了。
At the very begining, my introduction was: Hi, everyone. My name is Sunday Yan. I work for a state own enterprise in Fangshan Discrict, it was a boring work actually. But I don't want to quite my job, cause I want to get more experience. And that is why I come here.
在我一開始的介紹中，我曾說：我參加本次會議，是因?yàn)槲蚁胍玫礁嗟慕?jīng)驗(yàn)與閱歷。然后我一直難以忘記，在我發(fā)完言以后，大家所給我的鼓勵。（ Fenny, Muse, Frances. Somethings they did that were really warming up me.）那以后，我成為了一名 Rugular Guest 每個星期日早上十點(diǎn)都準(zhǔn)時來參加會議。慢慢的從只做開場介紹，到參加 Table Topic Section（即興演講環(huán)節(jié)）深深的陷入進(jìn)入，不能自拔。尤其是每次結(jié)束發(fā)言以后，即使說得并不完美，但是依然可以感受到，臺下的聽眾那種聚精會神地專注。只要你站在舞臺上，底下的聽眾就會被你吸引。
在不久后的一次會議結(jié)束后，我的 Sponsor Caesar 推薦我參加一次夏季的 COT（Club Officer Meeting），當(dāng)天由于是作為 Guest 的身份，所以一直跟著忙前忙后，幫忙拍照，幫忙搬桌椅。一開始只是覺得：這么難得的機(jī)會哦，和這么多出色的小伙伴一起共同學(xué)習(xí)，別的也不能提供給大家什么幫組，所以幫大家做好后勤工作吧。那次 Training 上第一次感受到：雖然我一副生人面孔，不過沒有任何人對我表現(xiàn)出不禮貌，大家都很照顧對方的情緒，即使是作為沒有任何身份參與會議的我。
慢慢的，我學(xué)到了在 Toastmaster 中成長的精髓： Learn By Doing 是的，通俗翻譯來可以理解為：學(xué)以致用。當(dāng)你學(xué)到一個新知識以后就把它用出來。
That is why many people who wants to learn English but did not learn it well. That is the reason, cause they did not learn by doing. They only input something without output. Input is important, and output also important. If we only input new things, days later, we will forget it. But what if we use it, especially when we say it in front of many audiences at the stage, we will remember it deeply.
在這之后，我漸漸開始以 Timer（時間官）& Ah-Counter（哼哈官）的身份來擔(dān)任會議的 Role 和其他小伙伴一起促使一次會議順利召開。這過程中我深刻的體會到了：參與其中所帶來的樂趣。
Actually, my English basement is not as good as others, but if I want to make the regular meeting successed with other fellows. I should practice more, that is the one important thing which I was learned in WSE. So I was practicing the introction of the different roles for at least five days. After that, when I stand in the stage, I feel not only nervous, but also powerful, cause my heart was beating so quickly. Then I founded that I true love that feeling which is enjoyable.
六個月后，我已經(jīng)成為了一名正式的 Member in BJADV-TMC 在這過程中，完成了三個 Speech（Audition, CC1, CC2），擔(dān)任了很多 role（Toastmaster, Table Topic Master, Table Topic Evaluator, Timer, Ah-counter, Grammarian, Evaluator.）在參與進(jìn)來的過程中，我發(fā)現(xiàn)我不但得到了更多的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，反而太多意想不到的事情發(fā)生了。
I have been met so many good friends in the meeting. I have been shared much experience which I could not share with out of Toastmaster. I got many crazy ideas, such as the best way to persuade is not to persuade & do not tell the audience what the right is, try to deliver some question to let them say by themselves, cause them already knew that just did not notice that. Then I got many siencere wishes from my friends, also I got many useful suggestions that help me improve the communication between my family members.
今天，我作為我們俱樂部的 Secretary 以及會場的 Greeter 參加了本次的 COT（Club Officer Meeting）如果要對比本次參加 COT 與半年前參加 COT 最直接的不同是：我實(shí)實(shí)在在的能夠吸收到講師們所想要表達(dá)的觀點(diǎn)，雖然不是全部。上一次我是真的被 其他優(yōu)秀志愿者的魅力所感染，而這次我也有了屬于我應(yīng)該完成的任務(wù)：幫助本次 Training 做好簽到工作，這是一個很好的機(jī)會給大家?guī)硪粋€輕松的氛圍，因?yàn)槊恳晃?Member 進(jìn)來以后第一個見到的就是我，所以能否讓他們感受到被歡迎十分重要。這之后的過程中確確實(shí)實(shí)收獲到了很多肯定的目光，以前從來沒有想到，自己會因?yàn)檫@樣一個簡單的工作而被肯定，尤其是在工作中。真的是太愛這種參與進(jìn)來的感覺了。
最后，為什么一定要鼓勵大家參與其中呢？因?yàn)槿绻易鲆粋€比喻，來形容“參與其中”和“不參與其中”的話，我會說：就好像真的去做過山車和只是在一旁看別人坐過山車。如果一直作為一名觀眾，坐在底下看臺中的的話，永遠(yuǎn)體會不到乘坐過山車這一過程中的痛與快樂。參與進(jìn)一件事情中來，或許會占用你更多的時間，不過一定是值得的！
