看到圖片中的這種花，你最先想到的是什么名字呢？
看著花柄和花瓣展開的樣子，我覺(jué)得像極了家里每年開花并散發(fā)出幽幽香氣的野蘭花。但是從葉片和莖的部分來(lái)看，這種植物又和我印象中蘭花的樣子相差非常多。那么，這是什么花勒？
When you look at the flower in the picture above, do you know the name of her?
In the perspective of stalks and petals, it reminds me of the wild orchids that bloom and emit pleasing fragrance every year in my home. From the aspect of the part of leaf and stem, this kind of plant seems quite different from the orchid.

言歸正傳，看到這張照片大家應(yīng)該也知道這種植物的名字了吧。沒(méi)錯(cuò)，她就是大名鼎鼎的「鐵皮石斛」。

Anyway, the name of the plant is Dendrobium Candidum, which is well-known in traditional Chinese medical science。
我因?yàn)榈挚沽Φ拖乱约吧钍芪覆〉睦_，曾經(jīng)吃過(guò)很長(zhǎng)一段時(shí)間新鮮的鐵皮石斛。一般來(lái)說(shuō)媽媽會(huì)在晚上將它們洗干凈以后放進(jìn)小砂鍋，第二天早上加入黃冰糖以后直接當(dāng)作水來(lái)喝。我不太確定這是否真的有其效果，但是那兩三年真的沒(méi)有感冒和胃痛過(guò)。
這也是我第一次見到如此多的鐵皮石斛花，沒(méi)想到她們居然長(zhǎng)的如此淡雅。
Because of my low immunity and stomach trouble, I used to take fresh dendrobium candidum for a long time.
My mother usually wash them in the evening and put them into a electric casserole. When we get up the next morning, we'll put some crystal sugar into the liquid and drink it. I'm not sure if it really works, but I did not a cold or stomach ache in these years.
This is the first time I have seen so many dendrobium candidum flowers.
在這里要講兩個(gè)概念，我也是問(wèn)了胡慶余堂的工作人員才知道的。
1、石斛和鐵皮石斛是很類似的植物，但不是同一種植物。它們?cè)诟o葉花等方面都諸多的不多，但我不是特別懂這些。如果@ffcrossculture老師有看到這篇文章的話，還請(qǐng)多多和大家科普一下:D
2、鐵皮楓斗是鐵皮石斛的一種炮制方法，不是新的物種。我們看到的鐵皮楓斗形狀有些像是螺絲，其實(shí)是鐵皮石斛葉莖的部分。這樣的處置方法，比新鮮的更加有助于儲(chǔ)存。
Here I would like to talk about two concepts of dendrobium candidum, after I consulting the revenant information with the staffs in Hu Qing Yu Tang.
Dendrobium is similar to dendrobium candidum but they are definitely different kinds plants. They have a series of differences in roots, leaves, flowers, etc., while I don't know much about them. If the @ffcrossculture noticed this article, please tells us more detailed information about this plant :D
「Tiepi Fengdou」is is a processing method of dendrobium candidum, not a new species. This disposal method makes it easier for us to store the plants than the fresh one.
我們會(huì)覺(jué)得鐵皮石斛的花與蘭花長(zhǎng)得很像，其實(shí)是因?yàn)閮烧叨际翘m科植物。如果你湊近去聞一聞的花，會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)兩者的香味也比較接近。

For the dendrobium candidum and orchid belongs to the same family, they're quite similar with each other and share the resembling smell.
After walking out of Hu Qing Yu Tang, we came to the Main Street of Hefang Street. Apart from the Gongchen Bridge Historical Block, Hefang Street is my other choice to wandering around.
