As is vividly depicted in the picture, a man is running on the treadmill with sweat streaming, and a piece of hamburger, an ice-cream and a cigarette are chasing him. The man just looks back on the delicious junk food without stopping exercising. Obviously, the man is not tempted by the food behind him and keeps running resolutely.

Simple as it is, what the picture conveys is thought-provoking. Whatever we do, we will encounter various kinds of temptations, such as the delicious junk food in the picture. If we are distracted by them, we won’t realize our goal and go far away from success. Imagine if the man in the picture stops running to have the delicious food, how can his body-building plan be effectively carried out and how can he keep healthy? Therefore, if we want to get what we aim for, we have to withstand what tempts us no matter how attractive the temptations are.

To be short, if we want to succeed, we should bear in mind that a resolute attitude matters much and we should say no to what distracts us.
