2022.07.20，VMware Flings上，ESXi Arm Edition?又更新了，此次1.10版本有以下更新：

No PII is collected. Here are items collected:
CPU info: core count, NUMA, manufacturer, etc.
Firmware info: vendor, version
Platform info: vendor, product, UUID, PCI device list
ESXi-Arm info: version, patch level, product build
The /bin/telemetry script runs on every boot and at 00:00 every Saturday

其中最重要的就是，從這個版本開始，支持從舊版本更新安裝了。（此前只能全新安裝新版本。）本人把兩個樹莓派從舊版本直接更新安裝到1.10.?
另外changelog?中提到了此版本會對系統(tǒng)的統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)進行收集

雖然提到了 No PII (Personal Identifiable Information) is collected. 但如果對此數(shù)據(jù)收集有擔心的話，可以去crontabs里禁用此計劃任務(wù)。
也可以去/bin/telemetry.py 進行修改，或者把發(fā)送數(shù)據(jù)的方法調(diào)用注釋掉，不被main執(zhí)行就可以了。查看此python腳本我們也間接的學會了一些系統(tǒng)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)的查看辦法。
