這些角色并沒(méi)有固定的說(shuō)法，這個(gè)表格中是一些比較常見(jiàn)的角色分類。
新知：
- 影響教師角色的幾個(gè)因素：課型、活動(dòng)、教學(xué)目標(biāo)、學(xué)習(xí)者的水平和年齡。

大體上來(lái)說(shuō)，在不同的stage里，教師所扮演的角色（后附圖）：
2.1 before the lesson: planners, diagnosticians
2.2 during the lesson: informers, managers, monitors, resource, diagnosticians, parent/friend
2.3 after the lesson: diagnosticians, planners
