Miss Gao Bo Zhou is the English instructor who I met at New Oriental School in 2015. , her teaching style is attractive to me for the reason that she is capable of providing familiar examples to explain a great deal of complex language point. Meanwhie, taking students as friends is what her principle.As a result,it is strictness that I can feel all the time.Are you wondering the examples for my opinion. Let me tell you as follows.
Answering questions actively and correctly in a few seconds
When you read this title, perhaps you will say that it is impossible for you, as you have never tried before.At the same time, my teacher always allow me to think about it in a few minutes.However, when we attend Miss Zhou’s online class, she always asks us to answer some questions which are neglected .If some students keep slient all the time. She will ask: any other answer? Every one must write it in theinteraction areaquickly ! Don’t be lazy ! I remind something happend at one night when we were learning Modal Verb, the practice was that we need to give some example of auxiliary verb fristly so that the traget language can be mastered easily. One student answered“taste”O(jiān)n noticing this error, she felt so angrily that spoke loudly”A, why do you think the word“taste”is aauxiliary verb? Have you seen this example?”
According to the two examples, the fact that she is extremely strict with students can be inferred.As for some simple questions,to her, it is absolutely not allow to answer incorrectly.
