1.更換源文件

vi /etc/apt/sources.list

2.安裝pyenv

sudo apt install git
git clone https://github.com/yyuu/pyenv.git ~/.pyenv

vim更改~/.bashrc

export PATH=~/.pyenv/bin:$PATH
export PYENV_ROOT=~/.pyenv
eval "$(pyenv init -)"

完成之后

source ~/.bashrc

pyenv的下載源更改為國(guó)內(nèi)源

cd .pyenv/plugins/python-build/share/python-build

找到你要下載的版本，這里以3.8.1為例
把https://www.python.org/ftp換成http://mirrors.sohu.com，如下

安裝3.8.1

pyenv install -v 3.8.1

碰到問(wèn)題：ERROR: The Python ssl extension was not compiled. Missing the OpenSSL lib? 解決方法如下：

sudo apt-get install -y build-essential libssl-dev zlib1g-dev libbz2-dev \
libreadline-dev libsqlite3-dev wget curl llvm libncurses5-dev libncursesw5-dev \
xz-utils tk-dev libffi-dev liblzma-dev python-openssl git

成功了！
