6月29日上午，安徽省淮北市第二實驗小學發(fā)生一起“家長毆打教師”事件。淮北市相山區(qū)30日發(fā)布通報稱，公安機關(guān)對毆打老師的學生母親和小姨作出行政拘留15日的處罰，毆打老師的學生父親系淮北市衛(wèi)計委下屬機構(gòu)考培中心副主任，已被停職，淮北市紀監(jiān)委對其立案調(diào)查。該校校長被免職。
據(jù)中青在線報道，當天上午10時左右，該校五（5）班一位學生家長帶著親屬九人在校長王曉允許的情況下，到會議室商談該生上學情況。商談期間，該生突然闖進會議室，謊稱自己被打。該生家長情緒激動，沖出會議室，闖進其孩子教室，對全體學生進行恐嚇。該學生母親和姨到辦公室找到五（5）班班主任張昕，對其毆打，導致其受傷送醫(yī)。事件發(fā)生時，該校班子成員無人撥打110報警電話和120急救電話，一鍵報警系統(tǒng)也沒有啟動報警。
6月30日，安徽省淮北市相山區(qū)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)宣傳管理辦公室官方微博@相山風采 發(fā)布情況通報稱，6月29日，淮北市第二實驗小學發(fā)生1名學生家長及親屬到校園內(nèi)尋釁滋事事件，該學生的多名同班同學受到謾罵，1名教師受傷。
據(jù)通報，接到報警后，公安民警立即到場處置，當場控制了肇事者，同時將受傷教師迅速送往醫(yī)院治療，學校老師對受謾罵學生進行了安撫?；幢笔?、區(qū)兩級黨委政府高度重視，立即成立了專班進行處理，市、區(qū)有關(guān)負責同志到醫(yī)院看望慰問了該名受傷教師。目前，該受傷教師得到有效治療，傷情穩(wěn)定。當晚，公安機關(guān)在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，依據(jù)治安管理處罰法決定對肇事者行政拘留十五日。
