英語修辭中有一種“張冠李戴”（malaprop）的有趣現(xiàn)象，既故意的詞語誤用，讓普通人聽起來好像是一個一知半解的人在張冠李戴，從而產(chǎn)生出一種幽默的語言效果：

1. If people don't want to come to the party, nobody can stop them.

如果人們不想來參加派對，誰也攔不住他們。

（人家不來，去哪攔呢？）

2. The restaurant is so popular, nobody goes there anymore.

這家餐館那么受歡迎，現(xiàn)在誰也不上那兒去了。

（沒人去的餐館受誰歡迎呢？）

3. It will take time to restore chaos and order.

恢復(fù)混亂和秩序需要時間。

（恢復(fù)秩序，何來混亂？）

4. They misunderestimated me.

他們錯誤地低估了我。

（把misunderstand和underestimate兩個詞揉一塊了?。?br>

5. What do I look like, an inferior decorator?

我看上去像啥？劣等室內(nèi)裝修工嗎？

（interior 和inferior都分不清，不是劣等是什么？）

之所以會出現(xiàn)張冠李戴的錯誤，皆因平時讀書"心不在馬"的緣故！
