201."Don't pay for your MBA"

(A podcast that I found by using "Business school" as keywords for searching in Apple podcast, from Everydaymba with Kevin Craine)

The title of the podcast is quite interesting for me. How to avoid paying a hefty tuition fee for an MBA degree? Maybe I can ask my boss to pay it for me?

The answer is to get the courses on the platform like MOOC, on the condition that you don't need the paper but the knowledge and skills.

(Well, this isn't my case. I do need the paper for looking for a job.)

The guest of this podcast is the writer of the book "Don't pay for your MBA". In this episode, the outline is as below:

1. Why follow an online course for MBA? Which advantages are there?

*Full-time and EMBA are both expensive.?

*MBA courses are based on case studies and you can do it by yourself.?

*You can combine what you need in your daily job with what you look for in MBA courses.?

*You can put what you learn immediately into your job.

2. What types of students are there for MBA courses?

*Executive;

*Excelllator;

*Entrepreneur;

*Explorer.?

(If you are the last three 3 types, MOOC is a better choice for you.)

3. How to do it?

*Regular study, at least 10 hours per week;

*Make your?plan and know what you target;

*Find the correct courses;
