注意必須在jcenter()方法之上

The minSdk version should not be declared in the android manifest file.
解決方案 把manifest.xml 里的sdk最小版本設(shè)置都刪掉 Androidstudio3.0 以后 不能在manifest.xml 設(shè)置這些 必須在 gradle里設(shè)置
