練習(xí)感受：

1.之前的100多天不是白讀的，現(xiàn)在稍微練一練就撿回來(lái)了，就像有運(yùn)動(dòng)基礎(chǔ)的人再次鍛煉的時(shí)候會(huì)比沒(méi)有怎么鍛煉的人好多，而且基本沒(méi)生詞一看就會(huì)真的太舒服了

2.昨天太忙了還是沒(méi)能讀成，還是得做時(shí)間規(guī)劃才不容易浪費(fèi)時(shí)間，不容易辜負(fù)行動(dòng)

3.真的很喜歡能夠說(shuō)到做到，言行一致才是長(zhǎng)期的幸福

4.練完英語(yǔ)還得練習(xí)德語(yǔ)，英語(yǔ)的朗讀還會(huì)繼續(xù)但不是最重點(diǎn)保持語(yǔ)感和熟悉感就可以了，但是德語(yǔ)的得抓緊得加強(qiáng)，畢竟是零基礎(chǔ)…三年時(shí)間學(xué)一門(mén)外語(yǔ)不容易的

5.可以根據(jù)英語(yǔ)持續(xù)行動(dòng)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)做德語(yǔ)朗讀持續(xù)行動(dòng)的計(jì)劃安排的背書(shū)，學(xué)語(yǔ)言嘴巴不累是不行的

6.德語(yǔ)的安排還得一點(diǎn)點(diǎn)嘗試，找到合適的方案，持久戰(zhàn)打起來(lái)了嘿
