I am chenxiaoxu. You can call me Katherine, I am graduated from heilongjiang university since 2008, I got two banchelor degrees one is environment engineering another is business English. I passed jlpt 1 in 2009, pass the exam of Cfa investment foundation programme last month.

At the beginning I was working in a small company and our customer is nomura research institute,this job taught me how to translate English into Japanese smoothly。and how to make a well structured report.

Then I changed my job to ibm,working as a back office role our customer is the every single cardholder of Amex credit card,act as a link between customer and seller, this job cultivate me how to handle with the different situation of each customer, provide the most effective solution for the case with the timeframe and without claim，also this job improve my analyse skill.

After about half year through explore and summized I became a trainer of new employees.

My job now is the whole procedure from account opening to bank reconcilation, include material checking, AML check,monthly report revise and upload,order input, money in and outflow matching,maintainence of customers personal data.this job taught me how to focus on the details, reduce or even avoid human error and careless mistakes, give an idea of how to make the scarce resources fully play their utmost value.

All in all, through my 10years working experience, make me become a quick learner, adapt new enviroment quickly, also how to be a good communicator, I am really interest in this position and get ready to know more about it.
