版本：kafka 3.2.0。
1、去官網(wǎng)下載版本：

2、本人放置路徑為：F:\kafka\kafka_2.12-3.2.0，這是解壓后的。
3、需要修改\config下的一個(gè)配置server.properties，將數(shù)據(jù)文件路徑修改為你需要的路徑，本人如下：log.dirs=F:\kafka\logs

4、回到F:\kafka\kafka_2.12-3.2.0，開始啟動(dòng)zookeeper，運(yùn)行：
.\bin\windows\zookeeper-server-start.bat .\config\zookeeper.properties

5、運(yùn)行 .\bin\windows\kafka-server-start.bat .\config\server.properties

6、創(chuàng)建主題，運(yùn)行 .\bin\windows\kafka-topics.bat --create --topic flinksql --bootstrap-server localhost:9092
并且查看主題：.\bin\windows\kafka-topics.bat --describe --topic flinksql --bootstrap-server localhost:9092

7、發(fā)送消息，運(yùn)行.\bin\windows\kafka-console-producer.bat --topic flinksql --bootstrap-server localhost:9092

8、消費(fèi)消息，運(yùn)行.\bin\windows\kafka-console-consumer.bat --topic flinksql --from-beginning --bootstrap-server localhost:9092

至此，一個(gè)基本的kafka環(huán)境就算搭好。
