L3P3的要求是inspire your audience。
Title: The Power Of Running
I want to do a quick survey. If your answer to the following question is yes, please raise up your hand.
Do you always feel upset no matter what you do?
Do you feel more and more tired as you are getting older?
Do you think that it's very difficult for you to concentrate on reading a book?
Do you get weight more easily even though you eat less?
When you look down, can you find your belly looks like hanging two swimming circles?
If your answer is no, I am very happy for you. If your answer is yes, then you may have the same symptom with me.
Don't worry, I will tell you a very effective and cheap treatment to cure those symptoms. YES! The medicine is runhning.
Before I started running, I think the same as you that running is a very tired and difficult thing to insist on. I don't want to run for dozens of kilometers on a hot day. That is what crazy people do, right?
However, when I heard of some ture stories about my collegues, I changed my opinion upside down.
Our vice president, who is nearly 40 years old and a running lover for decades, looks like as young and energetic as a 20-year-old girl.
A colleague who runs 2-3 times a week looks fabulous and shinning without any make-up.
Another colleague used to be a person carrying pill jars but now a sunny and handsome boy with muscles. That's also what running bring to him.
Is the power of running so magic? I decided to run for 30 days every morning and see how it goes.
On the very first day, I just ran for 1 km in 10 minutes. I was exhausted and tired. It was awaful. I can't ran for another kilometer, otherwise it will kill me.
On the second day, it was hard for me to get up. But I should keep my promise. So I ran for 1.5 km very very slow. Em, it feels all right. Tomorrow I can ran 2 km.
Day by day, I tried to challenge myself to run 5 km in 30 mins. When I was running, I told myself that 5 km is my goal. Pull your leg and run forward. Keep pulling.? Yes, I can do it. Pull run pull run. And I finnally make it come true.
After that, I believe nothing is impossible. Just do it! Set a goal and run for it.
After 30 days, I could ran 10 km in 1 hour. I was happy and energetic. It was amazing.
I can eat everything I want without getting too much weight. I can read a whole book without distraction. I feel more and more happy and energetic. And I have extra 2 hours every day. I am confidence and don't afraid of challenge any more.
If I can achieve my running goal, I can achieve other things in life.
Soneone in Sysumed has asked how you can do a speech each week? Here is the answer. That is also my goal. I do three simple things. Write a script and show up in the meeting. And run for it on the pathway.
Think about it. What goals do you want to achieve in your life? Don't hesitate and afraid. Just like running, set a goal, and run for it. Pull your legs and step forward. Simple but powerful.
