何老師：當(dāng)我讀到這段時，它讓我想起了覺知。沒有覺知，智慧不能生起。這不就是奇跡自然的發(fā)生，以愛的形式來表達(dá)嗎？每當(dāng)有領(lǐng)悟，就有愛，是嗎？
TL: Now when I was reading this, it reminds me back of awareness. Without awareness, wisdom cannot arise. Is this miracle occurs naturally as expression of love? Whenever there is realisation, there is love, is it?
但是真正的奇跡是被愛啟發(fā)出來的，只有帶著覺知你才能有奇跡。覺知是起點，覺知是中間，覺知是終點。
But the real miracle is love inspires them, with awareness only you have a miracle. Awareness is the beginning, awareness is the middle, awareness is the end.
而我發(fā)現(xiàn)每次我們沒有在慣性加入覺知，智慧就不能升起。這就代表覺知其實是愛。
And I found each time we don’t put awareness in the momentum, wisdom cannot arise. Which means awareness actually is love.
因為這里說，這里說所有從愛而來的東西是奇跡，是愛啟發(fā)它的，而所有來自奇跡的東西是愛，這也是非常真實的，如果你細(xì)心去再反思Byron Katie的那句話：“如實地愛它”。
Because it says there, it says everything comes from love is a miracle, inspire this is love, and everything comes in miracle is love, which is very true, if you notice carefully as using back Byron Katie’s statement, in “l(fā)oving what is”.
如果有德加尼亞禪師所教的、真正的覺知，他說：“無論什么生起，無論是愉悅或不愉悅，你學(xué)習(xí)如實地覺察它?！边@不是充滿愛嗎？
If there is really true awareness from the teaching of Sayadaw Tejaniya, he says, “Whatever that arises, whether is pleasant or unpleasant, you learn to notice it as it is.” Isn’t that lovingly?
因為只有透過愛，才能夠帶著愛地接受它。沒有愛，你會批判它，說它是不對的。所以，覺知本身就是愛。
Because by love only able to accept it lovingly. Without love, you judge it, flag it wrong. Hence, awareness itself is love.
陳老師：你的意思是覺知加上智慧嗎？因為你之前說，有覺知，也有對覺知的覺知加上智慧。所以覺知本身需要搭上正確的資訊。
LF: Do you mean awareness plus wisdom? Because as you mention before, there is awareness, and knowing awareness with wisdom. So awareness itself need to partner with right info.
何老師：當(dāng)我說覺知導(dǎo)致領(lǐng)悟，這是不會批判的覺知。換句話說，這代表它已經(jīng)有正確的資訊。否則覺知會有個概念：“我在覺知”、“要在什么時候去覺知”，和“什么時候還有那個所緣?！?/p>
TL: When I was saying that awareness lead to realisation, it is the awareness that did not judge. In other words, it means it has the right information there already. Otherwise the awareness will have the meaning, “I am aware”, and “when is it going aware”, and “when is it the object is still around”.
所以，可以立即明白的是，不批判的覺知里面已經(jīng)有愛，已經(jīng)有智慧。這不是很真實嗎？
So this is automatically be understood that the awareness doesn’t judge already have love in it, already have wisdom in it. Is that true?

早幾天上另外一位老師的“慧談”課，他大致說，在使用語言、翻譯的過程中，會把詞語的意思變得越來越精準(zhǔn)，但是同時也是越來越狹窄。當(dāng)我們能從自身的經(jīng)驗中，再去探索這些詞語的意思，就能再次擴(kuò)展對這些詞語的理解（智慧）。
然后我聽到何老師以奇跡課程這樣解釋覺知，心里覺得以不同角度去理解同一個詞語，也有類似的功用。
“覺知”是什么？我以為我很清楚，可能未必。這是一個探索的好題目[呲牙]
