道常無為，而無不為。侯王若能守之，萬物將自化。

譯文:

道永遠是順任自然而無所作為的，卻又沒有什么事情不是它所作為的。侯王將相若能守之，順其自然無為，萬物將都能按照自己的規(guī)律去運化。

我的翻譯:

Dao lets nature take its course,but

there is nothing it can't do.

If a leader can keep the rule above,

all things? will transform in accordance with their own laws.
