常用的拼圖包:par()中的mfrow、grid.arrange、cowplot、customLayout、patchwork等等
其中最方便快捷且功能強大的是patchwork

patchwork的功能和優(yōu)點:
(1)支持直接p1+p2拼圖,比任何一個包都簡單
(2)復雜的布局代碼易讀性更強
(3)可以給子圖添加標記(例如ABCD, I II III IV 這樣)
(4)可以統(tǒng)一修改所有子圖
(5)可以將子圖的圖例移到一起,整體性特別好

2 拼多張圖(layout設(shè)置)
默認情況下,patchwork會是拼的圖呈方形,并按行排列。
p1 + p2 + p3 + p4

自動將4個圖分成2行2列,并且是按行排列,p1右邊是p2
- 2.1 plot_layout()
上面的設(shè)定可以通過額外傳入plot_layout()函數(shù)來改變(繼承了矩陣的兩個參數(shù)”nrow“和"byrow")。

- 2.2 直接用小括號也可以
p1 | (p2 / p3)

(p1 | p2) /p3

- 2.3 layout不用坐標,不用寬高比例,直接用ABCD就行

3修改圖形
當進行拼圖時,后一個圖是active的,可以接受新的ggplot2對象比如geoms,labels等
