使用接口類 MediaMetadataRetriever 獲取視頻縮略圖

其中函數(shù)getFrameAtTime()有其他重載函數(shù)，該函數(shù)會(huì)隨機(jī)選擇一幀抓取，如果想要指定具體時(shí)間的縮略圖，可以用函數(shù)getFrameAtTime(long timeUs), getFrameAtTime(long timeUs, int option)，具體如何使用可以查doc。
