Mary; Hey, Dennis , I could really use your help studing for my math final ,Would you mind giving me a ?hand?

Dennis: I'd love to,but my hands are tied this weekend, I have finals next week too.

Mary: Well, let's keep our fingers crossed that we both do well on our tests. I guess I shouldn't worry too much though,after all, I aced my math final last year.

Dennis: Yeah, well don't get your hopes up to high, lightning never strikes the same place twice, you know...

Mary: Hey, you don't have to take the wind out of my sail! Anyways , I 'm sure we'll be so happy once finals are out of the way. Then we can take a vacation.

Dennis; That reminds me. I still have to buy my train ticket back to my home town.

Mary;Bye Dennis, ?Good luck on your exams!

Dennis: Thanks, you too!

Mary: I'm so happy that finals are over. Now we can finally breathe a sight of relief. How did your tests go,Dennis?

Dennis:My science was a little rough, but i did well on the others. How about your math test, did you ace it again?

Mary; Actually. I did.

Dennis:Yeah right?

Mary;I have the test results rihgt here, read it and weep!

Dennis:Okay , i beleive you. So where are you going for the vacation?

Mary: I haven't decided yet. Probably some place warm. and you?

Dennis; it looks like i'm stuck in Beijing this year. I waited in line to buy the train ticket last night, but by the time i got to the counter, the tickets were sold out.

Mary; Oh Well, at least you can catch up some shut eyes

Dennis: That's ture.The past few weeks really drained me!
