寫在前面的話
一 我現(xiàn)在的生活狀態(tài)，下班接著“上班”
第十期分享老友記學(xué)習(xí)了，關(guān)注我的朋友會(huì)發(fā)現(xiàn)我?guī)缀跏侨崭?。有時(shí)候常常深夜發(fā)文，所以經(jīng)常會(huì)收到朋友們提醒我注意休息，辛苦了的留言。在這里先謝謝大家。
因?yàn)槊刻於家习?，所以能夠做分享的時(shí)間也只有晚上的兩三個(gè)小時(shí)，中間如果再有其它的事情，就不得不深夜再加個(gè)班。
即便是這樣時(shí)間依然是不夠用的，關(guān)注我的朋友會(huì)知道我還有日語(yǔ)和美食的分享，都需要消耗很大的精力去修圖，組織語(yǔ)言。所以我每天下班后的第一件事就是打開電腦， 然后寫寫寫。我常常戲稱自己下班后第一件事就是接著上班。
二 這么拼到底為了什么
你可能會(huì)覺得不可思議，這樣高強(qiáng)度的生活還有什么樂趣可言呢？其實(shí)我也認(rèn)真地思考過這個(gè)問題，也嘗試過下班回家先來(lái)個(gè)葛優(yōu)躺，看一晚上肥皂劇，或者刷一晚上手機(jī)。但是過那種生活我并沒有覺得很輕松很快樂，反而會(huì)覺得很空虛。所以后來(lái)我選擇了自我提升的道路，開始學(xué)習(xí)語(yǔ)言和嘗試寫作。
于是日子變成了在很多人眼中都無(wú)法理解的“苦”，但是我自己內(nèi)心卻得到了從未有過的輕松和滿足，身體上是辛苦些，也少了很多的娛樂活動(dòng)，但是我卻甘之如飴。因?yàn)槲抑廊绻胍幸惶熳兊煤軈柡Γ?b>就要去吃從未吃過的苦，就要去走從未走過的路。
最后引用胡適先生說過的一句話，怕什么真理無(wú)窮,進(jìn)一寸有一寸的歡喜。
下面還是讓我們接著學(xué)習(xí)老友記吧。
(Rachel enters from her room.)
Rachel:Has anybodyseen my engagement ring?
Phoebe:Yeah, it'sbeautiful.
Rachel:Oh God, ohGod, oh God oh God oh God oh God.... (Starts to look under the couch cushions.)
Phoebe:No, look,don't touch that!
Rachel:Oh, like Iwasn't dreading tomorrow enough, having to give it back to him... 'Hi Barry!Remember me? I'm the girl in the veil who stomped on your heart in front ofyour entire family!' Oh God and now I'm gonna have to return the ring, withoutthe ring, which makes it so much harder...
Monica:Easy Rach,we'll find it. (To all) Won't we!

1. dread,名詞動(dòng)詞都有，懼怕，擔(dān)心的意思。如說我半夜想了很害怕就可以說，I awoke at midnightwith a feeling of dread.
記這個(gè)詞很簡(jiǎn)單，因?yàn)楹蚫ead只差一個(gè)字母，就可以說，I dread to bedead.
2. veil面紗，聯(lián)想到新娘，就可以說The woman inthe veil is the bride.
3. stomp on，踩踏。stomp on your
heart踩碎你的心?？梢月?lián)想stamp郵票來(lái)記這個(gè)詞，Don't stomp on the
stamp,別踩著郵票。
Joey:Alright,when'd'ya have it on last?
Phoebe:Doy!Probably right before she lost it!
Chandler:You don'tget a lot of 'doy' these days...
Rachel:I know I hadit this morning, and I know I had it when I was in the kitchen with...
Chandler:...Dinah?
Rachel:(looks atthe lasagne and realizes something) Ohhhhh, don't be mad...
Monica:You didn't.
Rachel:Oh, I amsorry...
Monica:I gave youone job! (Starts to examin the lasagne through the bottom of the glass pan.)
Rachel:Oh, but lookhow straight those noodles are!
Chandler:Now, Monica,you know that's not how you look for an engagement ring in a lasagne...
Monica:(puts downthe lasagne) I just... can't do it.
Chandler:Boys? We'regoing in.
(Chandler, Joey, and Phoebe start to pickthrough the lasagne as there's a knock on the door which Monica answers.)

解析：
1. last不僅可以作形容詞用也可以做動(dòng)詞用，如果表達(dá)你最后一次見他是在哪里，就可以說：When did yousee him last?
2. Doy:一般來(lái)說,老美用duh表示stupidly（音比較像）,有時(shí)用doy來(lái)代替duh,表示同樣意思.Doy是感嘆詞,表示對(duì)一種事實(shí)是顯而易見的.
3. lasagne,可以把文中出現(xiàn)的一個(gè)類別的詞積累起來(lái)。像我喜歡做美食的就會(huì)把這個(gè)表述吃的的詞記下來(lái)。
Ross:(standingoutside the door).....Hi.
Monica:Wow. That isnot a happy hi.
Ross:Carol'spregnant.
Phoebe:(whileeveryone else is stunned) Ooh! I found it!

Phoebe:She is sogreat! I miss her.
Monica:What doesshe mean by 'involved'?
Chandler:I meanpresumably, the biggest part of your job is done.
Ross:Anyway, theywant me to go down to this- sonogram thing with them tomorrow.
Rachel:So what areyou gonna do?
Ross:I have noidea. No matter what I do, though, I'm still gonna be a father.
(Joey starts to eat therest of the lasagne and everyone turns and stares at him.)
Joey:.....Well,this is still ruined, right?

1. put sth in
perspective正確地看待事物，這里的用法是反諷Ross也會(huì)做“錯(cuò)”事。
2. fit into，融入到。It's hard for me to fit into this team
when I first transferred here.當(dāng)我剛轉(zhuǎn)過來(lái)的時(shí)候，很難融入到這個(gè)組中去。
3. presumably大概；推測(cè)起來(lái)。
男神沒有給你回信息，你就可以說Presumably he hasn't received my message.
Presume假定；推測(cè)；I presume that hedoesn't like me any more for he didn't reply my message..
4. sonogram超聲波.拆分記憶法：So，no Gram in
the sonogram?那么，聲波圖里沒有格拉姆嗎？
