Last week? saw a news about a middle-aged man jumped from the office building which he had been worked 6 years. In that day he had been retired and disagree the compensation.
That is a sad story. The man left his partents, his wife and two children. He was an outstanding person who born in a small valliage in Hunan Province. As a prefect student, he got the offer from Huawei, the top company in commiunication fileds, after graduation. He worked in Huawei? 8 years then changed the work to ZTE, another top commiunication company. Then , he jumped from the ZTE building two weeks ago. He was a good employee. In his wife's eyes, he was a good farther and husband. He loved his family, but why he left in this way?
People talked too much about middle-age crisis. I am in Middle age, too. Yes, we have to face the work force, the economic pressure, the responsiable of family. We must keep fighting for the people we love. If dead can't scare the man, nothing can defeat him.
In fact, I think he can feed his family even he lost work. He bought 2 houses alreay. One is in Shenzhen and another locate Dongguan. His wife earn pretty good salary. He can start in other field or another company.? Why he chose jump ? No one knew the truth.
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Lift is hard. Accidents and sudden illnesses are no respecters of age. Something you are ubearable when you are in. Please have little patience. Soon afterwards, the problem will be not a problem. Lift is precious, please never give up enven in fact of innence difficulities.
