　　Ma Xiaoqiu:Shenzhen Spirit-Diligence and Goodness

　　昨晚，公司一位剛剛?cè)肼毜男聠T工，由于家中發(fā)生了一件不幸的事，急需幾萬(wàn)塊錢(qián)解燃眉之急，以盡孝道。當(dāng)我在電話里聽(tīng)到他難于啟齒和心急如焚的聲音時(shí)，我即刻放下手中的事，湊了幾萬(wàn)塊錢(qián)通知他來(lái)取錢(qián)。當(dāng)他從我手中接過(guò)錢(qián)的時(shí)候，他幾乎跪下身來(lái)，以表感激。我本能地急忙說(shuō)道：你別這樣，趕緊起來(lái)。那一刻，我的眼眶濕潤(rùn)了，雪中送炭，讓我的心靈得以安寧。

　　Last night,a newly recruited employee of the company,due to an unfortunate incident at home,urgently needed tens of thousands of RMB Yuan to relieve his urgency and dedicate himself to filial piety.When I heard him on the phone,he was hard to say and rushed voice,I immediately put down what was in my hands and collected tens of thousands of Yuan and asked him to come to take the money.When he took the money from me,he almost crouched down to express his gratitude.I spontaneously hurriedly said:Don't do this,hurry up.At that moment,my eyes were moist,and I lost in thinking to offer coal in snowy weather to solve the urgent needs of others,letting my mind be at peace.

　　一個(gè)小小的善舉，讓我想起《道德經(jīng)》中＂居善地，心善淵；與善仁，言善信＂這句話。深圳是一個(gè)蓬勃發(fā)展的現(xiàn)代化城市，無(wú)論你來(lái)自何方，這片土地都能給予你生長(zhǎng)和發(fā)展的機(jī)會(huì)。但在此，任何一個(gè)有追求的人都需要勤奮，都需要在你追我趕中拼搏奮進(jìn)。我曾一度感到來(lái)到深圳，就像踩上一條火線，你只有不停地向前奔跑，才不至于被腳下的火線燙傷雙腳。

　　A small charity reminds me of the words in Tao De Ching:"In dwelling,he loves the earth;in mind,he loves what is profound;With others,he loves kindness;in words,he loves sincerity”.Shenzhen is a booming and modern city.No matter where you come from,this land can give you opportunities for growth and development.But here,any person with ambition needs to be diligent.All need to fight and forge ahead as you chase me.I once felt that when I came to Shenzhen,it was like stepping on a hot line.You only have to keep running forward so that your feet will not be burnt by the line of fire under your feet.

　　不知道為什么，此刻，我腦海里忽然響起了一陣急促的敲打木魚(yú)的聲音。為什么出家的修行人要敲打木魚(yú)呢？因?yàn)轸~(yú)在水中除了晝夜不停地游動(dòng)之外，它的雙眼從來(lái)到這個(gè)世上，就不曾合目。這就是修行人為什么要敲打木魚(yú)的原因，晝夜不寐，天道酬勤。

　　Do not know why,at this moment,my mind suddenly sounded a sudden sound of knocking wooden fish.Why would a monk knock on a wooden fish?Because the fish swims in the water,day and night,its eyes never come to close since it comes to the world.This is why the practitioners must beat the wooden fish.They stay up late day and night,and heaven rewards.

　　懶惰不但是人生貧窮的根，也是身體百病的源。富貴須養(yǎng)德，健康須勤奮。至今我仍然清楚地記得，十二年前，我剛到深圳時(shí)，在大街的廣告牌上看到的兩句話：一句＂時(shí)間就是金錢(qián)，效率就是生命＂；另一句＂送人玫瑰，手有余香＂。這兩句話就是深圳這座現(xiàn)代化城市的真正含義——勤奮而善良。

　　Laziness is not only the root of poverty in life,but also the source of all diseases.Wealth requires virtue,and health requires diligence.So far I still clearly remember that when I first arrived in Shenzhen 12 years ago,I saw two words on the billboard on the street:“Time is money,efficiency is life”;another sentence:“Give roses to other,fragrance left on your hands."These two sentences are the real meaning of this modern city in Shenzhen-diligent and kind.

　　勤奮，乃有為之方法，它能給你帶來(lái)財(cái)富，而善良則是無(wú)為之舉?！八腿嗣倒?，手有余香”是自然之道，我們不貪求余香，更不要貪求回報(bào)，這就是為什么當(dāng)年梁武帝佛心天子，廣造佛寺，修整經(jīng)書(shū)，勤勸眾人出家，而達(dá)摩祖師卻說(shuō)他毫無(wú)功德。因?yàn)榱何涞鄣乃魉鶠椋杂胸澋没貓?bào)的心念，所以，這就是后來(lái)梁武帝并非善終的原因所在。

　　Diligence is a way to success.It can bring wealth to you;and kindness is an act of inaction."Give roses to other,fragrance left on your hands"that is to say:helping others makes a one happier.This is the natural way.We do not seek aftertaste,let alone reward.This is why Liang Wudi,the Emperor with the Buddha's mind,built a lot of Buddhist temples,repaired the scriptures,and often advised everyone to become a monk,but Dharma Patriarch said that he had no merit.Because of what Liang Wudi did,there was a greedy,rewarding mind.Therefore,this was the reason why Liang Wudi had not a good end.
