四、保險(xiǎn)公司回復(fù)投保人郵件的寫(xiě)作步驟及常見(jiàn)表達(dá)
1. 確認(rèn)對(duì)方來(lái)函收悉
We have acknowledged receipt of your letter of ... and are please to note your readiness to insure with us a shipment of ...我們已經(jīng)收到貴方。。。 日來(lái)函，很高興得知貴方就。。。（貨物）向我方投保
We are please to receive your letter of ...in regard to insurance .In reply ,we would like to inform you of ...很高興收到貴方。。。日關(guān)于保險(xiǎn)的來(lái)函，在此，我們欣然告知。。。
2.告知保險(xiǎn)條款及保險(xiǎn)要求（保險(xiǎn)險(xiǎn)別、保險(xiǎn)金額、保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)率等）
The prevailing rate for the shipment against ...is ...%,subject to Ocean Marine Cargo Clauses。目前，根據(jù)海洋運(yùn)輸貨物保險(xiǎn)條款規(guī)定，改貨物投保。。。險(xiǎn)的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)率是。。。%。
Generally we cover insurance ...in the absence of definite instructions from our clients. If you desire to cover..., we can provide such coverage at a slightly higher premium.通常，如若沒(méi)有客戶的明確指示，我們承保。。。如果貴方希望投保。。。我們將以稍高一點(diǎn)的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)率承保。
3. 表示希望對(duì)方及時(shí)確認(rèn)
if you find our rate acceptable ,please let us know. 如果貴方認(rèn)為我們的保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)率可以接受，請(qǐng)告知。
We trust the information will serve your purpose and await your further news.相信該信息能滿足貴方要求，等候貴方的進(jìn)一步消息。
