想更新deeptools的版本②

看上去像是要更新python
目前這個環(huán)境里是python2.7
要求python3

我先看看conda要不要更新

貌似是這些鏡像源用不了？
去搜索發(fā)現由于版權所以國內清華、中科大等鏡像都停止更新了
所以根本裝不了python3.8以上
