該句源自?shī)蕵?lè)新聞，說(shuō)的是媒體大肆宣傳之下，美國(guó)流行天后碧昂絲生下雙胞胎的新聞一經(jīng)傳出，便在社交網(wǎng)站引起熱議。其中，fanfare 一詞需引起重視。
fanfare:
a short loud piece of music played on a trumpet to introduce an important person or event [2]
fanfare 本義是“（介紹大人物進(jìn)場(chǎng)或宣布重要事件時(shí)吹奏的）一段號(hào)角聲”，文中用作比喻義，指“喧鬧，熱議等”。

該句摘自CNN的一篇評(píng)論員文章，講的是韓朝非軍事區(qū)20英里開外的韓國(guó)束草市 (Sokcho) 受益于技術(shù)漏洞，是韓國(guó)唯一能玩 Pokémon GO 游戲的地方，吸引了大批國(guó)內(nèi)外旅游者，帶動(dòng)了當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。
formula 在數(shù)學(xué)上指“公式；方程式”，用于藥品、燃料、飲料等領(lǐng)域，表“配方”，而在體育競(jìng)技方面，是“一級(jí)/二級(jí)/三級(jí)方程式（賽車）”，但在本句中，該詞可理解為“方案，方法”。
formula:
a method or set of principles that you use to solve a problem or to make sure that something is successful [6]
【例句】

沒(méi)有一個(gè)達(dá)到完美婚姻的神奇方法。

3. Al Jazeera has been in the **crosshairs **of Qatar's Gulf neighbours. (2017/6/17 BBC) [9]
這句話指的是受沙特等國(guó)與卡塔爾斷交風(fēng)波影響，6月17日當(dāng)天，半島電視臺(tái) (Al Jazeera) 阿拉伯語(yǔ)頻道的官方推特賬號(hào)被封。
cross ****hairs:
a pair of fine wires crossing at right angles at the focus of an optical instrument or gun sight, for use in positioning, aiming, or measuring [10]
crosshair 字面義是“光學(xué)儀器或瞄準(zhǔn)器上呈十字形的兩條細(xì)絲，用于確定位置、瞄準(zhǔn)或測(cè)量”，可引申為“攻擊對(duì)象、靶子或目標(biāo)等”之義。
據(jù)此，原句可改寫為：
Al Jazeera has been targeted by Qatar's Gulf neighbours.

今年邁阿密網(wǎng)球公開賽女單決賽上，英國(guó)選手約翰娜·孔塔完勝丹麥名將沃茲尼亞奇，首次捧起頂級(jí)強(qiáng)制賽事的冠軍獎(jiǎng)杯，世界排名重返前十，其人氣迅速飆升。而這個(gè)句子正是對(duì)孔塔奪冠一事的評(píng)論。
句中兩個(gè)短語(yǔ)（或習(xí)語(yǔ)）值得我們注意：

(fly) under the radar
第一個(gè)短語(yǔ)是指“某人/某物時(shí)日無(wú)多，屈指可數(shù)”。
someone's/thing's days are numbered:
someone or something will not survive or remain in a position of power or advantage for much longer [14]
而習(xí)語(yǔ) fly under the radar (亦作 slip under the radar) 原本是軍事用語(yǔ)，指避開雷達(dá)偷偷飛入敵軍領(lǐng)地的行為。
后在真人秀節(jié)目中反復(fù)出現(xiàn)，特指參賽者采取低調(diào)態(tài)度，希望通過(guò)不出頭或不犯錯(cuò)的戰(zhàn)術(shù)避免每周投票時(shí)成為眾矢之的，進(jìn)而避免被淘汰出局的下場(chǎng)，最終不知不覺(jué)成為冠軍的有力爭(zhēng)奪者。
擴(kuò)展到日常生活中，它表示“為了達(dá)到某一目的而采取低調(diào)處事、逃避別人關(guān)注的行為”。
slip under the radar:
(idiomatic) To go unnoticed, especially for a long period of time. (Wiktionary) [15]
因此，新聞原句我們可以這樣理解：

5. "... I truly apologize as this is NOT MY FAULT... but I’m taking responsibility I’m deeply sorry to everyone who was inconvenienced by this... " (by Ja Rule) (2017/4/28 HuffPost) [20]
該句摘自Fyre音樂(lè)節(jié)的組織者之一杰·魯（Ja Rule，美國(guó)黑人說(shuō)唱歌手、演員）的推特 (Twitter) 道歉聲明。該音樂(lè)節(jié)原計(jì)劃在巴哈馬Great Exuma島舉辦，歷時(shí)兩個(gè)周末（今年4月和5月之間），后因安全、食品、住宿以及藝人關(guān)系等問(wèn)題被無(wú)限期推遲。
上述英文中有一句道歉語(yǔ)，幾乎與中文完全對(duì)應(yīng)，請(qǐng)看：
"... I’m deeply sorry to everyone who was inconvenienced by this..."
［譯］“對(duì)于由此給大家?guī)?lái)的不便，我深表歉意?！?/p>
這個(gè)例子也再一次印證了“閱讀為寫作服務(wù)”的理念，下面我們按葫畫瓢，仿寫上句：
