Texas disruptive blackouts have recently raised eyebrows because of its planning failures, despite an early warning of its unpreparedness by scientists, who anticipated the chaos. The crisis signals the greatest climate challenge -- global warming, which is likely to be linked to another natural phenomenon instead of the disastrous storm, however. Sadly, infrastructure, like the electric grid, has been incapable of matching with a large swaths of climate sufferings lately in the United States, which urges ground-breaking methods to address natural abnormalties. To cope with the prospect catastrophe, reasonable and holistic measures should be equipped well. Going forward, the future seems to be grim yet glimmering with hope mingled chances with challenges.
