For the reason, firstly,health care is tantalizing to Amazon because it's rife with inefficiencies and lacks of customer - focused approach. Therefore,Amazon wants to be the front door. Besides,One Medical operated a network by attracting people to have virtual visits and had the most valuable thing:data.

For my personal experience,I prefer to have a virtual visit. In Chinese hospitals, you have to wait for a long line in outpatient department,which will? waste a lot of time. If the hospital provides this service, I will definitely have a check.
