【Summary after Practice in Life】為期一個月的國際班學習，馬上就要結(jié)束了。
The one-month international course is coming to an end soon.
其實從月頭剛開班時，我就一直想要去和每位學員進行深度鏈接。
In fact, ever since the course started at the beginning of this month, I have been longing to build deep connections with every participant.
但都是因為時間的不允許不能去做到。
However, I failed to do so due to limited time.
今天正好是我休息，我給自己下了一個決定，要和每個人去主動溝通連接。
Today I happen to be off. I made up my mind to take the initiative to communicate and bond with everyone.
讓做到成為事實。
Let actions speak louder than wishes and turn commitment into reality.
【Summary after Reading】
做自己的主人最重要的就是自律，要想自律：一是提升覺知，二是啟動良知，再者就是做功課，刻意練習，實現(xiàn)改命。
The most important thing to be the master of yourself is self-discipline. To achieve self-discipline: first, raise self-awareness; second, awaken inner conscience; third, keep doing daily practices and deliberate practice to reshape one's destiny.
博仁老師發(fā)明的種子功課就是改命的工具，置頂做到就能改命。
The Seed Practice created by Teacher Boren is a powerful tool for destiny transformation. If we prioritize and stick to it, we can surely change our life.

After watching the wonderful performance video of Liu Wei on the talent show, I deeply realized four life principles:
一是要么趕緊死，要么精彩的活著（要有使命）；
First, either die in despair, or live an extraordinary life. (Live with mission)
二是沒有規(guī)定鋼琴一定要用手彈（突破信念）；
Second, there is no rule that the piano must be played with hands. (Break limiting beliefs)
三是任何障礙無法阻擋一個篤定目標的人（目標篤定）；
Third, no obstacles can stop a person with a firm goal. (Stay focused on your goal)
四是在一件事上下功夫，你一定成功（堅持不懈）。
Fourth, devote yourself to one thing consistently, and you will surely succeed. (Persist unremittingly)
相信只要做到這四點，你不想成功都難。

Today my daughter’s school held a sports meeting, and I was overjoyed.
正好我休息，可以參加女兒的運動會。
Luckily, I’m off today, so I was able to attend the event.
女兒特別高興，媽媽能和她一起參加運動會。
My daughter was extremely happy to have her mom by her side at the sports meeting.
從她的臉上我能感受到，她真的很需要媽媽的鼓勵和陪伴。
From her expression, I could feel that she truly longs for her mother’s encouragement and company.
