Violence?in all of its forms?is poisonous and destructive. My behavior at last night’s Academy Awards was unacceptable and inexcusable. Jokes at my expense are a part of the job, but a joke about Jada’s medical condition was too much for me to bear and I reacted emotionally.

At one’s expense當(dāng)然還可以表示:paid for by sb 由某人付錢;由某人負(fù)擔(dān)費用

I would like to publicly apologize to you, Chris. I was out of line?and I was wrong. I am embarrassed and my actions were not indicative of the man I want to be. There is no place for violence in a world of love and kindness.

Be out of line越界

也可以是cross the line/step over the line:PHRASE If you say that someone has crossed the line or has stepped over the line, you mean that they have behaved in a way that is considered unacceptable.

Sometimes, I think the administration steps over the line when they make these kinds of accusations.

Be not indicative of the man I want to be

Indicative:[ not usually before noun ] ~ (of sth) ( formal ) showing or suggesting sth 表明;標(biāo)示;顯示;暗示

Their failure to act is indicative of their lack of interest.

There is no place for...?

I would also like to apologize to the Academy, the producers of the show, all the attendees and everyone watching around the world. I would like to apologize to the Williams Family and my King Richard Family. I deeply regret that my behavior has stained what has been an otherwise gorgeous journey for all of us. I am a work in progress.

watching around the world:后置定語修飾everyone,全世界所有的觀眾

Stain污漬,這里是動詞:[ VN ] ( formal ) to damage the opinion that people have of sth 玷污,敗壞(名聲)

The events had stained the city's reputation unfairly.

what has been an otherwise gorgeous journey for all of us——what引導(dǎo)的賓語從句,充當(dāng)這句話的賓語。
