主要適用于Face to face interview，但是問問題的邏輯設(shè)計問卷時也可使用
How to ask questions , how to conduct research for a startup
Do:
- look for the story: set a situation, make people to recollect
- ask about behavior→ask to observe behavior. Even better :watch people to use your product（usability test*）
- extremely important to ask follow-up questions
Don't:
- don't ask about future: Would you buy it?
- don't lead the witness, don't show bias*: what do you think about it comparing to Netflix?
- don't ask for feedback: Show a demo and ask people's feedback
*In a usability test, users are given a prototype or the final product and asked to complete a series of typical tasks using the product.
** Response Bias:
A survey relies on self-reports. Sometimes respondents may answer questions based
on how they think they should be answered, rather than truly expressing their own
opinions. This phenomenon of providing socially desirable answers rather than
truthful answers is known as social desirability.
