Consent, is the very means to become free.
同意，是成為自由的唯一途徑。
Once you begin to consenting, you don’t object to anything anymore, you don’t resist anything anymore.

First of all, you consent to your parents, as they are.
首先，你同意自己的父母，以他們的本來(lái)面目去同意他們；
And you consent to their ancestors, as they are.

And you consent to yourself, exactly as you are.
你也同意你們自己，完全以你自己的本來(lái)面目。
Don’t wish that anything should be different. You are the best possible edition of yourself.

And you consent to your guilt.

And you consent to everything you rejected before in yourself.

You look at it, and you say to everything that there is “yes, I consent.”

And you feel what effect it has in your soul, and in yourbody, if you just consent.
