入門引言
- 以轉(zhuǎn)錄組學為例，上游分析基于linux，包括質(zhì)控、過濾、比對、定量，下游分析基于R語言，包括差異分析、富集分析以及可視化。
- 不管需要學什么組學數(shù)據(jù)的處理，都需要學好linux和R語言才能夠駕馭。
- 關于測序，即數(shù)據(jù)來源，簡單理解測序原理有助于理解后續(xù)分析。
