今天另一個課程的作業(yè)是寫一首詩，用這首詩來描述人的意識的7個層次。這七個層次是：

絕望(Hopeless)，恐懼(Fear)，受挫(Frustration)，勇氣(Courage)，參與(Engagement)，創(chuàng)新(Innovation)，同步(Synchronicity)

今天就一石二鳥，一首詩，交兩個作業(yè)。

Water

I am frozen

For years

I give up

Up in the mountain

I can't move

I don't want to move

In days or nights

One day

Sunshine on me

Warmer and warmer

I am melting!

To a drop of water

Oh, no, I fear, where am I going?

Oh, no, I can't stop my shiver.

Laying on a stream

That is not bad

Thrown onto to a rock

No, why do you break my dream?

A big fall, thousands of meters down

“I AM ANGRY....”

While I am falling, I scream

Looking up,

The mountain is far away

I am flowing to somewhere

Even though I don't ?know

Even though I can't see

But I am ready to go

I am joining a river

Together with other streams

The river is getting wider

With countless drops of water

I am one of them

I am happy I am a contributor.

Fish are swimming

Boats are floating

Ducks are playing

I am singing through fish's mouth

Dancing at the bottom of the boat

Smiling in duck's splashing

I am still flowing

Suddenly I feel warm, soft and expanding

I am in the ocean

No, I am the ocean

I am shining in the sunshine

No, I am the sunshine
