每個(gè)人都覺得自己某方面不夠好，原因是我們沒有接受每個(gè)人都是獨(dú)特的。其實(shí)根本不存在劣等或者優(yōu)越的問題。每個(gè)人都是獨(dú)特的，不存在比較。

Everybody feels inferior in some way or other. And the reason is that we don't accept that everybody is unique. There is no question of inferiority or superiority. Everybody is just one of his kind comparison does not not arise.

我們沒有允許人們?nèi)ソ蛹{自己。 當(dāng)你開始接納自己的時(shí)候，沒有比較，那所有的劣等，優(yōu)等就消失了。當(dāng)你完完全全地接納自己，你就會(huì)從這些復(fù)雜的劣勢(shì)優(yōu)越中解脫出來(lái)。不然你一輩子都會(huì)受苦。

We have not allowed people to accept themselves as they are. The moment you accept yourself as you are, without any comparison, all inferiority, all superiority, disappears. In the total acceptance of yourself you will be free from those complexes inferiority, superiority. Otherwise you will suffer your whole life.

我也沒看到有什么人能在這個(gè)世界擁有一切。人們嘗試過(guò)，也失敗了。

And I cannot conceive of a person who can have everything in this world. People have tried, and failed utterly.

只要做你自己，就足夠了。

Just be yourself, and that's enough.

你被太陽(yáng)接受，你被月亮接受，你被樹接受，你被大海接受，你被地球接受。你還想要什么？

You are accepted by the sun, you are accepted by the moon, you are accepted by the trees, you are accepted by the ocean, you are accepted by the earth. What more do you want?

你被整個(gè)宇宙接受

You are accepted by this whole universe.
