Japan’s GDP can return to growth from Olympic Games to be postponed in 2021. There not has had any expended for its GDP since past 50 years before it. Overcoming adversity to achieve success is nothing new for Japanese industry, and leading companies such as Cannon and Kikkoman have once again displayed their ability to adapt and innovate during periods of volatility. Cannon is good at investing. Fujio Mitarai, Canno’s CEO and chairman, thinks that a successful enterprise should plunge into innovation as its long strategy.
